Charles Ballan-Rivette, Prospect Director
Charles established Prospect in 2023 and brings more than 12 years of property industry experience – tenant-side and client-side. He has held senior roles in funds management and corporate portfolios. Together with a family background in commercial property, Charles is an investor himself and is driven by the same goals as his clients.
While working for organisations such as James Group, Genesis Energy, Green Cross Health, T&G Global and the Farmers Trading Company, Charles has managed large national portfolios involving complex leasing contracts and property developments, requiring reporting at board level. This has given him experience with various asset classes, including logistics, medical, energy, telecommunications, industrial, office and retail, and he has also assisted new property owners in managing their first assets.
Charles is driven by an intimate passion for being the best at what he does. With a work ethic based on integrity, curiosity and empathy, he brings a unique and valuable set of industry skills to asset and property management.
